Jay's Barn from the garden

Jay's Barn provides Bed & Breakfast accommodation for parties of up to five people. Each party whether just one person or five has exclusive use of all the facilities described below without having to share with strangers.

The accommodation being sympathetically converted from a 200 year old barn, is situated to the rear of "Jay's" (a former farm cottage) in the tiny hamlet of Woolley in Morwenstow, North Cornwall. Within easy reach is the spectacular Cornwall/Devon coastline with its many sandy beaches, scenic cliff walks and fishing harbours. The towns of Bideford, Barnstaple and Bude provide excellent shopping, entertainment and leisure amenities. There are also plenty of local activity centres with attractions for the whole family.

At Jay's Barn your party will have the exclusive use of ;
1. Spacious Sitting/Dining Room (22ft x 16ft).
2. Shower Room with W.C. and washhand basin.
3. A Double Bedroom with space for an extra child-sized single bed, eg parents sharing with child.
4. A Single Bedded Room with space for an extra child-sized single bed, eg parent sharing with child, or two children sharing.
5. A Single Bedded Room.
6. South Facing Garden.
Facilities in Sitting Room include ;
1. Oil Fired Stove.
2. Colour Television and DVD player.
3. Tea/Coffee making facility. Hairdryer.
Each Bedroom has ;
1. Bedside lamps and radio alarm clocks.
2. Drawers and hanging space for clothes.
3. Duvets, bedlinen and towels are supplied.
4. Supplementary electric heating in the bedrooms.

All electricity and fuel bills are included.
A cot, mattress and highchair are available (please provide your own bedlinen).

In the interest of all guests, would smokers refrain from smoking indoors.
